Folio Square Lofts

Folio Square is one of the original lofts buildings in the Printers Row neighborhood. The original building was built in 1910. The residential building houses 63 lofts. These are very much New Style concrete lofts with some exposed brick and concrete columns. The homes on average are a bit larger than surrounding buildings with one of the smallest units at 1000 sq. ft. and up to 2500 sq. ft.
